授業目標

Course Purpose:
The goal of this course is to use computer technology to practice and improve English speaking and listening abilities through task-centered activities.

授業の概要

Details and Outline:
This is an English course that will use computers, the Internet and available software technology to assist in the production and use of English as a communication tool. In this class students will be expected to communicate in English all the time in order to practice and build on previous years of English study and Eigo CI.
Lessons will focus on:
? Using computers and technology,
? Using the Internet as a research tool to complete class projects,
? Further familiarizing students with English sounds, intonation and rhythm using web based materials,
? Further improving the ability to express individual opinions and feelings about themes of class topics and personal interest,
Presentations, pair and group work will form the basis of activities and classroom projects, which will be supported by reading and writing exercises that students will be required to complete as homework.

Text and CD:
Students will not be required to buy a textbook or CD for this course. All classroom materials will be provided by the teacher and by students themselves through personal research.
